The local DMV Spelman and Morehouse alumni association chapters are the host organizations for the Annual DMV SpelHouse New Student Send-Off. We look forward to this annual opportunity to meet the incoming class of students to our respective Alma Maters.

The National Alumnae Association of Spelman College (NAASC) Inc. is the official organization that supports Spelman College, a historically black college for women, through financial gifts, student recruitment, sisterhood, community service, and recognition of Spelman women. The Association provides, encourages, and promotes growth and development of alumnae through leadership opportunities and partnership alliances.

The Northern VA Chapter of NAASC will soon be accepting applications for our annual scholarship award.
We award scholarships ($2500) and book awards (typically $100-$250) to incoming and returning students.
You must be a resident of Northern VA to apply.
The application link and details will be sent to your inbox on July 1st. Awards are typically announced by early September.  The deadline to apply is Thursday July 31st!
